Song Requests Policy

Couples may request up to four specific songs for their event. These must be submitted at least 60 days before the wedding date and are subject to approval by the band. 

If the song is already in the band’s repertoire, it will be added to the set list at no additional charge. If the song is not already in the band’s repertoire, it will be discussed amongst the band members for approval. The band reserves the right to decline any request if the song is not musically suitable or does not align with the band’s strengths.

While every effort will be made to accommodate the couple’s wishes, there is no guarantee that requested songs will be performed. Final selections will be agreed upon between the client and the band.

A $200 fee will be applied for each song request in order to cover the rehearsal time and preparation required

Out-of-Town Events

Within 2 hours of Calgary (Canmore, Banff, Red Deer, etc.):
-An additional $500 fee will apply for locations within a 2-hour drive to cover fuel, travel time, and/or overnight accommodation.

 More than 2 hours from Calgary (Edmonton, Saskatoon, Kelowna, Vancouver, etc.):
-For destinations beyond a 2-hour radius, travel fees will be negotiated with the client on a case-by-case basis.
